* This schedule is an outline of our trips. The exact times and events may vary. Each trip may vary with amount of instruction, explore time, or number of days. Pickleball is open and available day & night:).
Arrival Day
We will have ground transportation arranged for your arrival and departure flights. Each location can be accessed from LIR or SJO. If your flights are not on the designated arrival and departure dates (see below), ground transportation will cost an additional fee.
7:30pm: Meet-and-Greet Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant
Day 2
● 6:30-8:30am: Breakfast Buffet
● 8:30-11:30am: Instructional Clinic
● 12:00pm-1:15pm: Lunch
● 1:30pm - depart for adventure afternoon
● 6-8pm: Dinner
● 8pm: Open Play
Day 3
● 6:30-8:30am: Breakfast Buffet
● 8:30-11:30am: Instructional Clinic
● 12:00pm-1:15pm: Lunch
● 1:30pm: depart for Hanging Bridges & Hot Springs
● 8-9:30pm: Dinner at Los Lagos Hot Springs
Day 4
● 6:30-8:30am: Breakfast Buffet
● 8:30-11:30am: Instructional Clinic
● 12:30am-1:30pm: Lunch
● Afternoon on own! Many options
● 6-8pm: Dinner
Day 5
● 6:30-8:00am: Breakfast Buffet
● 8am-12pm (meet in the lobby): Safari Float Tour
● 11:30am-1:30pm: Lunch
● Open play or time on own adventures
● 6-8pm: Dinner
Day 6
● 6:30-8:30am: Breakfast Buffet
● 8:30-11:30am: Instructional Clinic
● 12:00pm -1:30pm: Lunch
● 1-5pm: optional tours & play
● 6-8pm: Dinner
Day 7
● 6:30-8:30am: Breakfast Buffet
● 8:30-11:30am: Instructional Clinic
● 12:00pm-1:30pm: Lunch
● 2-6pm: Meetup Play
● 7:30pm: Farewell Dinner
Departure Day
● 6:30-9:30am: Breakfast Buffet
● Ground transportation to the airport based on your flight’s departure time
Each trip includes a variety of local adventures, with the opportunity to add more!
- Local waterfalls, hanging bridges, zip-lining, coffee tour, sloth tour or horseback to the volcano! (additional options available)
- 24 hour bi-lingual guides available with concierge service
- private transport bus with private driver all week
- optional local nature guides for hiking
- added meals or added day tours you decide to include
- 4 to 12 courts (under cover) available for the group
- All meals, including gratuity
- VOLUNTEER option(s) available to support local schools while introducing students a new sport and sportsmanship tips!
Trips do not include:
- Air Transport if you arrive earlier or later than the group transport offered.
- Additional nights other than trip dates/locations.
- Alcohol (drinks outside the food & beverage package).
- Tips for guided tours you may do, for driver or guides.
Recommended items
Insect repellent, a long-sleeved shirt/pair of pants, sunscreen, cash for tipping your drivers, and a raincoat/poncho (Costa Rica is a tropical climate prone to drizzles).
Additional information
- Your credit/debit cards and USD cash will be accepted in Costa Rica
- Your American adapters for chargers/etc will work just fine at the resort
- The courts we set up will be available for open play at any time!
- The resort offers laundry services for a fee
