Overview of your week

* This schedule is an outline of what your trip may look like. The exact times and events may vary. Each trip may vary with amount of instruction, explore time, or number of days.

Private pickup: We provide round-trip transfers from LIR airport. We arrange the transport pick up for 8:30am, 1:30pm and 5:30pm. You may also arrive at the hotel on your own after 2:00pm on arrival day as you choose. You will find your driver waiting in the passenger pickup area, holding a sign that says “Stay & Play Pickleball CR”. 

7:30pm: Meet-and-Greet Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant

●       7:00am: Breakfast Made to Order and/or buffet 

●       8:30-10:30am: Instructional Clinic/court time

●       12:00: Lunch

●       1:30-5:00pm: Meetup to for additional play 

             OR Join a local adventure: 

             Waterfall Hike, Safari Nature Float, Hanging Bridges and Hot Springs

●       6-8pm: Dinner

●       7:00am: Breakfast Made to Order and/or buffet 

●       Depart for Day Trip - Monteverde Cloud Forest, Beach or La Fortuna (TBD with trip leaders)

●       6-8pm: Dinner

●       7:00am: Breakfast Made to Order and/or buffet

●        8:30-10:30am: Instructional Clinic/court time

●       12:00: Lunch

●       2-4pm: Meetup Play with locals for tournament time

●       snacks, drinks & social event

●       7:30pm: Farewell Dinner

●       6:30-9:30am: Breakfast Buffet

●       We will arrange your ground transportation to the airport based on your flight’s departure time

• Local waterfalls, hanging bridges, zip-lining or coffee tour, sloth tour or horseback to the volcano! (additional options available)
• 24 hour bi-lingual guides available with concierge service
• private transport bus with private driver all week
• 4 private courts (under cover) available for the group 
• All meals 
• VOLUNTEER option(s) available to support local schools while introducing  students a new sport and sportsmanship tips!
